Hands-on scanning events at Ultrasound for Women’s Health Providers are designed to give women's health providers a unique opportunity to enhance their skills in Point-of-Care Ultrasound (POCUS). These events are perfect for midwives, nurse practitioners, physician assistants looking to gain practical experience while working with real patients in a supportive environment.

Participants engage in small groups, typically consisting of four students, ensuring ample hands-on time and personalized instruction from our expert educators. Each session focuses on critical aspects of women’s health, allowing attendees to practice scanning techniques across various trimesters. This real-world experience is invaluable for building confidence and proficiency in ultrasound. Our instructors, who are nationally certified sonographers, midwives, and experienced nurse practitioners, bring a wealth of knowledge to the table, providing insights into fetal development, ultrasound applications, and best practices in the field.

By attending our hands-on scanning events, you'll also have the chance to earn 26 ACNM continuing education credits and up to 25.5 AANP continuing education credits, furthering your professional development.
